grow_as_root is centrally maintained. So you benefit from bug fixes and additions that we enter centrally. You will receive these updates at least quarterly. They are included in your monthly package so there won’t be any additional costs. Security fixes or Magento Updates are require no additional costs either.
You will find an explanation of the grow_as_root management options in our user documentation. Additionally, you also have a Magento user manual (in English).
In general, you have almost full access to your Magento Instance. We will block some config options to make sure the Store stays secure and performant.
Besides our knowledge base, we offer a support channel for every customer. Support might be billed separately, depending on the request.
There are no additional costs. License cost for Hyvä or Hyvä Checkout are included. Any customisations to your Magento 2 instance can be booked separately.
